In six transformative sessions, Susmita guides you through understanding and processing the emotions that form the fabric of your life story. You’ll learn techniques to reclaim your voice, redefine your tone, and create a new narrative that aligns with the life you want to live.

Unprocessed Emotions
10 sessions, 2.5 hours each
Each session focuses on a single unprocessed emotion, offering targeted techniques to help you understand and work through it. While sessions can be attended individually, we recommend participating in at least six for deeper, sustained progress toward building a personal mental wellness routine. Some of the unprocessed emotions addressed are: love towards the self, fear of failure, anger.
It is offered in groups of up to 8 participants.

Writing Home
6 sessions, 2.5 hours each
This series of six sessions is designed specifically for migrant and immigrant women navigating life in a new country—whether accompanying a partner, starting a new job, or building a fresh chapter. We focus on the emotional journey of relocation, offering space to reconnect with yourself, find a sense of home within, and reimagine your identity in a new environment.
It is offered in groups of up to 8 participants.

The Corporate Module
Flexible
Our sessions for corporate clients are thoughtfully designed to support work-life balance, align individual expression with team goals, and foster both personal growth and team cohesion. Each offering can be customised to meet your organisation’s unique needs. We welcome the opportunity to discuss content, format, and timelines with you—let’s collaborate to create something that works for your team.
It is offered in groups of up to 20 participants.

The School Module
6 sessions, 1.5 hours each
This series of 6 sessions is offered through the school to students who are 13 years or older. This module addresses themes of bullying, name-calling, anger, self-love, self-motivation and community. Through interactive activities, the participants are initiated into a lifelong enquiry into the power of acting over reacting.
It is offered in groups of up to 25 participants,

Training Module
15 sessions, 2.5 hours each
This series of 15 sessionss is offered to any adult or organisational leaders. This module includes 10 sessions of existing offers of InkWell (depending on the needs of the client) and 5 training sessions. In the training sessions, the participants create new tools and techniques and a brand new workshop plan.
It is offered in groups of upto 5 participants.

Training Module: The Teenager Edition
Offered for free to any teenager across the world. 15 sessions. 2.5 hours each.
This module is dedicated to sharing with the teenagers the tools and techniques developed by The InkWell Project. This module includes all the sessions of Unprocessed Emotions and 5 training sessions. In the training sessions, the participants create new tools and techniques and a brand new workshop plan.
It is offered in a group of up to 5 participants.
