The InkWell Project equips you to integrate mental wellness into your daily life. By guiding you through the landscape of your unprocessed emotions, we provide a curated set of practical, doable and holistic techniques—empowering you to address big emotions and nurture lasting well-being. Created by Susmita Paul, a neurodivergent creative and a meditation enthusiast, this isn’t just a programme; it’s a compassionate movement. Together we shape resilient, connected societies—one empowered soul at a time.
Each InkWell session involves innovative non-creative writing, breathwork and body awareness activities. Together, they enable the participants to A.C.T.
Affect. Cultivate. Thrive.
In psychology, ‘affect’ means the experience of an emotion. This is the first step in living with emotional resilience. To ‘cultivate’ is to prepare for maturing as an individual and acquire or develop the skill to process and embrace all emotions arising in us. To ‘thrive’ is to flourish in life.
Our vision
We empower, enable, and support teenagers and adults in their journey of creating and nurturing everyday emotional wellness awareness and building resilience to achieve our vision of shaping emotionally resilient societies.

Our mission
It’s our ongoing mission to help teenagers and adults build and nurture holistic mental wellness schedules in everyday life. This mission is rooted in our belief that mental wellness awareness blossoms in non-clinical environments with non-traditional techniques.
